Installing macOS High Sierra is as simple as opening up Mac App Store and downloading it. However, there are instances where you might need to create a bootable USB flash drive for macOS High Sierra for a clean installation or to install on other Macs which might not have a fast Internet connection. Once you download and launch DiskMaker X, simply click on macOS button and it will find your downloaded copy. Use a USB drive with minimum storage capacity of 8GB and it will begin the process. The USB drive will be formatted during this process so make sure that you do not have any important data on it. The app might ask for administrator access to your Mac which you can safely provide by entering your account’s username and password.
